SphereAccess is looking for a full stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, of our software products. 


As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable contributing to the cloud infrastructure, backend, and front-end portions of our web applications. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. 


We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades and a master of some, someone that is comfortable with requirement gathering, architecting/designing, and implementing both front-end and backend services. You'll be part of an agile development team building multi-tenant web applications. You will use Python, TypeScript, Angular 8+, Serverless Framework, hosted on AWS, deployed by CircleCI.  


Responsibilities: 95% - Primary duties:


  • Develop highly scalable services to interface with external third-party systems

  • Design elegant, maintainable, testable solutions for SaaS-based architecture

  • Deliver full-stack solutions for the unique features

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to design and implement new features 

  • Contributing to the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipeline, and continuous integration 

  • Identify when to replace, rebuild legacy systems, support, and monitor system health




  • Strong inclination for innovation and building quality software

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, of which at least 3 where devoted to web applications using (ReactJS, Next.JS, Angular8)

  • 3+ years of Experience AWS Cloud Services

  • 3+ years of experience with AWS Lambda Function & Serverless Framework

  • Experience in SaaS based environment

  • Experience in working with data-driven application at scale

  • Experience in working with test-driven development

  • Experience with email & notification system

  • Strong coding skills with Python, JavaScript or any other modern programming language coupled with strong knowledge in object-oriented design, microservices architecture, serverless architecture.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate to join our Accounts Payable audit team. This is an entry level role designed to provide exposure to our propitiatory processes and XPRO Portal software in order to cultivate a strong talent pipeline of future client facing consultants. This role is on a revenue generating team. The Junior Auditor is primarily responsible for conducting telephone follow ups, email support, and data management to support our Accounts Payable audit service line.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for conducting phone follow ups with stakeholders regarding open audit action items.

  • Will assist in managing project email box to ensure timely response to audit stakeholders.

  • Responsible for managing audit documents.

  • Will be provided exposure to the end to end audit process.

  • Opportunities to work with senior leadership and clients.

  • Reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.


About the Candidate:

XPRO is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven inside sales rock star to join our rapidly growing team. The primary responsibility of the BDR is to set appointments for the field sales reps and when necessary help through the entire sales process. 

As a S will be responsible for prospecting new contacts and help generate new leads. You will introduce our software and services to prospects through cold calls, conferences, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns. You must have experience with cold calling executive level contacts, maintaining a contact database, accurately recording meeting information, inside sales, working in a team environment and the ability to overcome objections. 

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of previous sales experience preferably in the software industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Our compensation package has a very generous bonus structure for achieving meeting goals.

Responsibilities: 95% Primary duties:

·       Make 60-80 daily calls to set qualified meetings

·       Add a minimum of 20 new prospects weekly

·       Reach meeting goals

·       Assist with the sales cycle

·       Work closely with field sales reps to identify target accounts

·       Accurately maintain CRM information

·       Continuous learning of products and services



·       2 years inside sales experience preferably in the software industry
